Delivery. UK orders go by Royal Mail Tracked 48, usually 2 to 3 working days after dispatch. In-stock items are usually dispatched the same or next working day. Some styles and colours are made to order; where that applies the product page says so, and we dispatch within 10 working days. We deliver worldwide, and your delivery cost is calculated at checkout before you pay. Free delivery offers apply to UK addresses only. Import duties and local taxes on international orders are paid by the customer.
Returns. You can return or exchange any item, sale items included, within 14 days of the day it arrives. You pay return postage unless the item is faulty or not what you ordered, in which case we cover it and give you a full refund, including delivery, or a replacement. We refund within 14 days of receiving your return.
