Delivery

When we dispatch

In-stock items are usually dispatched the same or next working day. Some styles and colours are made to order; where that applies the product page says so, and we dispatch within 10 working days. If your order mixes the two, we'll let you know whether we're sending it together or in two parts. You'll get a tracking link by email when your order ships.

UK delivery

All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48, which usually arrives within 2 to 3 working days of dispatch. Delivery costs, including any free delivery offer, are shown at checkout before you pay. Free delivery offers apply to UK addresses only.

International delivery

We deliver worldwide. We choose a tracked courier for each order, and the cost for your country is calculated at checkout before you pay. Prices don't include import duties, local taxes or courier handling fees in your country; these are collected on delivery and are the customer's responsibility. For orders to the EU this usually means local VAT plus a handling fee.

If something goes wrong

If your tracking hasn't moved for three working days, or a parcel arrives damaged, email info@bricklaneleather.com and we'll chase it with the courier and put it right. Once an order has been dispatched we can't change the delivery address, so please check it at checkout.
